Birmingham Smithfield Masterplan, Birmingham
To regenerate the area formerly occupied by the city’s wholesale markets with a mixed-use development including retail, homes, offices and new public spaces, Sammas has acted as P+P’s project manager in the production of a masterplan in partnership with Birmingham City Council and other stakeholders.
Euston Station, London

Sammas plays a key role in assessing the development quantum and parameters for the development. He worked closely with Architects, engineers and townscape consultants to develop a viable yet sympathetic response to unlock the enormous potential of the site.
UCL East Masterplan, London
Sammas coordinated a multidisciplinary design team to develop the vision and concept for the masterplan. He managed the design process and worked closely with UCL and LLDC to agree the development parameters, Design Codes and delivered the Design and Access Statement supporting the outline planning application..
Msheireb Heart of Doha, Qatar
This 35 ha urban regeneration project will revive the old heart of the city by reintroducing a mix of uses, including family living. Sammas supported the client team throughout the detailed design stage, ensuring the vision and concept were maintained while development quantum and other planning requirements were met.
Church Street Masterplan, London
The masterplan provided a robust framework for the delivery of regeneration projects in Church Street and was prepared in parallel with the Council’s City Plan review. Sammas led the massing and capacity testing for potential development sites, and unpick the complex development sequence and phasing strategy.
