At Prior + Partners, we integrate diverse expertise to shape places of lasting value. Our latest senior promotions reflect this ethos, with three colleagues recognised as Associate Directors for their leadership on projects of national and international significance.

Strengthening our urban design leadership, Asli Arda Healy-Smith brings over a decade of experience shaping complex masterplans into distinctive, people-focused environments. Since joining Prior + Partners in its formative years, she has been instrumental in shaping projects including the Silvertown and Smithfield masterplans, the Haymarket District Plan, and the Regent Street Public Realm Vision. Her design approach combines spatial clarity with a deep understanding of local character and community, creating cohesive narratives that connect people and place. Asli’s work continues to raise design quality and foster meaningful collaboration across major regeneration projects in the UK and Middle East.

Nour Hajjar, a landscape architect, plays a central role in many of Prior + Partners’ strategic planning and masterplanning projects across the Middle East. With a specialism in integrating natural and urban systems across scales, she ensures landscapes safeguard ecosystems while enriching the built environments they support. Her recent work includes the masterplan for a 130,000 sqkm natural reserve in Saudi Arabia, supporting its ambition to become the world’s largest desert conservation project, major urban growth initiatives such as the transformation of a significant industrial site in Abu Dhabi, as well as shaping proposals and regulatory guidelines for the Royal Commission of AlUla. Nour’s approach to each reflects a deep commitment to balancing conservation with development, advancing both ecological resilience and cultural identity in rapidly evolving contexts.

Sandra Wilmot’s promotion recognises her growing leadership in evidence-based design and her contribution to Prior + Partners’ Digital Innovation offer. With expertise in urban design and spatial analytics, she combines conceptual thinking with robust data-driven insight to support the delivery of large-scale projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. In the UK, this ability has also seen her contribute to major regeneration and new community schemes for Bristol Temple Quarter, East West Rail, and most recently the Cambridge Growth Company. Sandra’s ability to integrate analytical methods into design enables clients to make confident, data-informed decisions, and her skill in bridging creativity with evidence has strengthened our capacity to deliver transformative and implementable strategies.

Congratulations to our colleagues on these well-deserved promotions.
