Elise has served as joint Managing Director for the past 18 months and now assumes her new role working alongside the practice’s Board that comprises Jason Prior, Simon Mattinson, Tom Venables and Amer Mneimneh. Elise has been central to Prior + Partners’ growth and success since its infancy, combining strategic direction and commercial acumen with design leadership on many of our most complex and high-profile projects.
Graham Goymour, a Founding Director and co-Managing Director, is stepping down from his position at Prior + Partners. His contribution over many years has been instrumental in shaping the practice and its ethos, establishing the strong foundations we continue to build on today. Graham’s legacy of collaboration and commitment to the strength of our design work remains central to who we are. We look forward to the opportunity of continuing our work with Graham on selected projects into 2026.
