These positions will suit quantitatively confident candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who are able to work flexibly across multiple projects with autonomy.

We are looking for Associate level candidates (typically with 7–10 years’ relevant experience) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical capability, sound commercial awareness, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality advisory work across a range of projects.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in some of the following areas:

  • Economic analysis and narrative to shape strategic planning and masterplanning;
  • Economic and inclusive growth strategy;
  • Economic development around rail, ports, and infrastructure, including strategic corridors, special economic zones, and transit-oriented development;
  • Case-making, impact assessment, and social value strategy;
  • Economic advisory to support decision-making, including socio-economic profiling, benchmarking and multi-criteria analysis.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience, or a strong interest, in delivering international projects, including in the Middle East.

The ideal candidates will also have:

  • A track record in project management, with excellent client-facing skills;
  • Confidence working with clients and stakeholders, and the ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent report-writing ability;
  • The ability to support and mentor junior colleagues.

If this sounds like you, please get in touch via email with your CV and a brief statement of interest to careers@priorpartners.com. Please note that only applications made directly to our recruitment mailbox will be considered for the position.

Salary will depend on experience, and we will offer the opportunity to further your career as well as knowledge of other disciplines within the practice, with our multi-disciplinary team including urban designers, landscape architects, planners, place economists, spatial data scientists and graphic designers.
