I’ve always been fascinated by cities; they are one of the greatest manifestations of human experience. I believe there is a hidden language embedded within a city’s layers that we can all, somehow, subconsciously read.
I developed a strong architectural foundation, focused on the architectural object, before gradually navigating towards the urban environment and understanding it as a complex system. A growing interest in human interaction marked a turning point in my career. Encouraged to explore this interest, I pursued the Space Syntax: Architecture and Cities master’s at the Bartlett, UCL, pivoting my career towards understanding space and the study of its social logic.
By bridging architectural theory with other disciplines, I developed an understanding of the symbiotic relationship between spatiality and social interaction, as well as the importance of spatial analysis, analytical thinking, and an evidence-based approach to design. This perspective is one I am currently exploring through the Prior + Partners Digital Innovation team, where I look forward to contributing my knowledge and expertise to multidisciplinary projects across the globe.
