I have always been fascinated by how things are made and how structures stand. Kirigami, art and craft have shaped how I think since childhood. I was folding, building and taking things apart with my hands long before I did it as a job.  Growing up in a place where flooding and environmental challenges were a recurring part of life also made me curious about the relationship between people, the built environment and the larger systems that shape our cities. That curiosity carried me to UCL, where I studied Space Syntax and started to understand cities less as buildings and more as networks: patterns that quietly influence how people move, meet and belong.

Since then, I’ve worked between the architectural and urban scales, using visualisation to test ideas and to show how a space might actually change the way people live in it. To me, the visual and the analytical aren’t separate entities; they work like two halves of the same process: one helps make sense of the data and patterns, while the other translates that understanding into tangible changes in the environment, improving how people experience a place.

During my education, I gravitated toward the macro scale, the big systems behind how cities function, and that instinct still drives my approach. At Prior + Partners, I bring that macro-scale instinct together with a visual and analytical way of working, turning complex evidence into clear ideas. I’m glad to be part of a team that treats every project as a chance to shape places that create lasting, positive change.
