Raising the Ambition
In 2021, Prior + Partners and the Urban Land Institute co-authored 21st Century New Communities: Raising the ambition, a report that sets out the principles and foundations for successful large-scale development and its potential role as part of the solution to the UK’s housing crisis.
The work was informed by a series of round table sessions with key industry and influencers, and drew on the rare examples of good practice to establish an ambitious manifesto for a new way of approaching new communities and developments.
