Prior + Partners have been appointed to the Homes England Development and Regeneration and Technical Services Framework (DaRTS), where the ambition is to drive regeneration and housing delivery to create high-quality homes and thriving places across the country.
Our appointment as a lead consultant for Lot 2 – Placemaking, masterplanning and design services – has seen us bring together a team of inspirational partner organisations that will guarantee innovative and creative approaches are taken in delivering upon the complex projects anticipated by this framework.
Prior + Partners will work as an integrated masterplanning and planning practice, enriched by the people, skills and experience of: Alison Brooks Architects, dRMM, Gbolade Design Studio, Gillespies, Schulze+Grassov, Soundings, Ramboll, Greengage and Disruptive Urbanism.
Together we look forward to supporting Homes England over the next four years, working collaboratively to promote their aspirations of quality, decency, good design and sustainability.
