Polly Barker, Director at Prior + Partners, has been appointed to the board of Future of London for 2026.
Future of London is a leading not-for-profit that champions better city-making and cross-sector collaboration, bringing together 60 member organisations spanning London local authorities, public sector bodies, and private sector consultancies, developers and housing organisations.
Prior + Partners became a member of Future of London in 2023, reflecting the practice’s ongoing commitment to collaborative thinking, inclusive growth and long-term urban impact. Polly’s appointment strengthens this relationship and supports the organisation’s continued work across London’s built environment sector.
Polly Barker joined Prior + Partners in 2024 to drive forward the Practice’s Place Economics offer; She has extensive expertise in place-based economic advisory and case-making, and how to add value to public sector decision making through spatial planning.
Her recent portfolio includes several nationally significant transport-led regeneration projects and economic strategies, as well as, an economic and social impact assessment for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on behalf of the London Legacy Development Corporation.
