Jonathan Rose, Director of Masterplanning at Prior + Partners, will speak at the London Real Estate Forum (LREF) 2026 on a panel examining the emerging West London Regional Park.
The West London Regional Park is a proposed network of parks, waterways, town centres and cultural assets connecting Ealing’s towns and the wider corridor from the Brent River Valley to the Thames, placing green and blue infrastructure at the centre of growth and investment planning for the area.
At Prior + Partners, we’ve been supporting the evolution of this project since its earliest stages, including through our commission from Ealing Council, where, alongside Gillespies, we explored the potential for a local regional park within the borough. In parallel, working with the National Trust and Hounslow, we have supported the WLRP partnership in developing its overall strategy – providing research, analysis and design expertise to help translate the initial ambition into a tangible and compelling vision.
At LREF 2026, Jonathan will join a panel discussing how integrating nature at scale can support development viability, land values and climate resilience, and how public-sector leadership and cross-borough collaboration can attract private investment.
Jonathan will be joined by Jo Dimitri, Senior Programme Manager at the National Trust; Abby Crisostomo, Head of Green Infrastructure at the Greater London Authority; Daniel King, London Divisional Chair at Vistry Group; Cllr Peter Mason, Leader of Ealing Council; and Cllr Shantanu Rajawat, Leader of the London Borough of Hounslow. The session is delivered in association with Ealing Council.
