This year, Prior + Partners took a major step in the Middle East and North Africa with the opening of its Dubai office, led regionally by Amer Mneimneh, who joined as Regional Managing Director for MENA in 2024.
What began as a vision to engage more closely with clients and projects across the region has now evolved into a vibrant office, strengthened by the arrival of exceptional new talent.
Joining the Dubai team are Katy Adubi, Senior Associate and planner, who brings extensive experience in delivering practical and strategic planning solutions that balance growth, governance, and community outcomes; Rachel Darakji, Senior Associate and masterplanner, known for her skill in integrating input from diverse specialist teams to turn complex collaboration into meaningful, long-term outcomes; and Amr Elkhodary, New Business Coordinator, who enhances the practice’s approach to market development and strengthens relationships with peers across the region.
