VICTOR FERNANDEZ STOHANZL
Victor is an urban designer who has worked for over 10 years in the design of mixed-use developments at a range of scales in The Netherlands and the UK.
He brings to Prior + Partners his conceptual design skills and his valuable experience in urban density and detail design of public realm. Victor is experienced in developing mix-use masterplans, architectural and landscape design projects from strategic to conceptual framework masterplan.
In addition, Victor has experience in complex community and stakeholder engagement and in dealing with multiple-consulting groups.

Heathrow Expansion Plan, UK
Victor supported the Grimshaw design team in developing a new future for Heathrow Airport with special focus on its integration with the local communities. Victor played a key role in undertaking meaningful community engagement.
Old Oak Common HS2 Station Design, UK
Victor provided strategic thinking on masterplan components around the HS2 Station at Old Oak while working at Weston Williamson.
Beijing North Star, China
Victor assisted in the development of a vision for the site opposite the National Stadium for a new commercial area which provides new recreational spaces and improves connectivity at different scales.
Earls Court Masterplan, UK
Victor assisted in the production of Farrell’s masterplan to redevelop the entire area around the Exhibition Centre in Earls Court required a range of studies, from overall density studies to public realm design.
Urban Metabolism, Netherlands
Analysis and research for IABR-Project Atelier Rotterdam, Urban Metabolism with .FABRIC, which studies and exposes the complexity of the city.
