Euston Station

Prior + Partners is responsible for the masterplan for the redevelopment of Euston Station.

The vision for the future of Euston Station will make it the main London terminus for the country’s HS2 high-speed rail service, providing connections to the Midlands and the North, and due to start operating in 2026.

The appointment of our client as Master Development Partner will allow a unified approach to long-term development, which could unlock up to 4.84 million square feet of development space. 

 

Prior + Partners led the masterplan design team that supported the successful bid by Lendlease, working alongside Grimshaw, Arup, BIG, AHMM, Haworth Tompkins and Asif Khan. We are now supporting Lendlease in its current work with the Greater London Authority and London Borough of Camden to develop a masterplan for a 54-hectare site above and around the new station.
