Euston HS2 Station, London
With the redevelopment and regeneration of this central London site, P+P led the masterplan design team that supported the successful bid by Lendlease. We are now helping to develop a masterplan for, and subsequently deliver, a 54-hectare site above and around the new station
Smithfield Markets, Birmingham
To regenerate the area formerly occupied by the city’s wholesale markets with a mixed-use development including retail, homes, restaurants and a public square, P+P is masterplan lead for current master developer competitor.
The Ashton Canal Corridor and Etihad Campus, Manchester
Accommodating Manchester’s growth eastwards, and as part of a wider regeneration of this area around the Etihad Stadium, this is a 2km long regeneration corridor for new homes, jobs and amenities.
Sydney Light Rail, Sydney
The Sydney Light Rail transit project will transform Sydney, Chris was part of the team involved with designing stops, furniture and wayfinding.
Woolwich Spray Street Quarter, London
Spray Street will be a new mixed-use district in south-east London comprising around 700 homes, a cinema, restaurants, shops and workspace. Chris worked on the masterplan and the proposals to inform a detailed planning application.
West Cambridge University Campus, Cambridge
Expanding the university’s facilities, a masterplan and building designs were created for a new science campus and adjoining commercial cluster.
