With experience in urban transformation projects, masterplans, housing, as well as architectural projects, Aslı focuses on creating and improving qualities of the built environment across every scale. Through critical thinking and exploring the relationships between social systems and spatial realm, her interest is to develop design strategies by illustrating various inspiring graphics and visualisations

Birmingham Smithfield Masterplan, Birmingham

Asli has been a key team member since Lendlease’s earliest involvement in this masterplan to regenerate the area formerly occupied by the city’s wholesale markets with a mixed-use development including retail, homes, restaurants and a public square.

Silvertown Masterplan, London 

Asli has been instrumental in developing this masterplan with her engaging and innovative drawings and graphics. These have driven and visualised the aspirations for the site, and helped successfully communicate this to clients, stakeholders and the local community.

Euston Station, London 

With the redevelopment and regeneration of this central London site, P+P led the masterplan design team that supported the successful bid by Lendlease. We are now helping to develop a masterplan for, and subsequently to deliver, a 54-hectare site above and around the new station.

Old Oak Common Strategic Narrative, London 

A significant and complex, 120 hectare, regeneration development scheme in west London has been triggered by the building of the high-speed rail line HS2. P+P is leading the multidisciplinary consortium team.

Manchester Eastlands Regeneration Framework, Manchester

Accommodating Manchester’s growth eastwards, and as part of a wider regeneration of this area around the Etihad Stadium, this is a 2km long regeneration corridor for new homes, jobs and amenities.

Istanbul Airport Masterplan, Turkey 

The masterplan for a major mixed-use urban development beside one of the largest airports in the world—the Istanbul New Airport, which is currently under construction. The 690-hectare development includes a central innovation district, hotels, retail and commercial office space, logistic centres, an expo and convention centre, public space, and metro and high-speed rail connections to Istanbul.

Bogacay Creekside Regeneration, Antalya, Turkey 

The vision of the masterplan is to revitalise and restore the 58 square kilometre stretch of land along the Bogacay Creek basin, which is prone to both drought and flooding. The key moves include controlling water levels to preserve and protect the urban landscape—and creating recreational areas around the waterfront, including a mixed-use marina district and a centre for culture and entertainment.

Hammersmith+Fulham Gateway, London 

A mixed-use redevelopment on the Hammersmith and Fulham College site with a close proximity to Hammersmith Town Centre Regeneration Area, includes an education quarter, residential and office spaces. Asli worked on the masterplan from the initial design to pre-planning application stages.
